Our Methods
Our approach to translation/localization is totally structured,
and guarantees quality, accuracy and consistency of the final documents
we deliver.
We can make a quote based on the number of words (generally counted by software) and any
associated service requested by the client (glossary compilation, style
guide, screen shots, software test, etc.), generally quoted by the hour.
Translation and editing are done by experienced native speaking translators.
We can establish a glossary upon request, or will conform to the client's existing glossary if it exists.
We
generally use translation tools such as Trados in the translation
phase, which help with repetition and fuzzy match management, and
enhance
consistency, through context search.
Once
translated, the whole document is completely reviewed by a second
linguist that compares source and target versions, checking
terminology, style, spelling, grammar, etc.
We can also proof the final target document or make a linguistic test of software.
